Reheated S01E02: “Penguins One, Us Zero”

This episode of Reheated: The Leftovers Podcast covers episode two of the HBO series “The Leftovers” entitled “Penguins One, Us Zero”. This wasn’t exactly the episode that turns everyone on the podcast into true believers in the future of the show. If anything it had the opposite effect for anyone even with a wisp of interest. It’s walking a very blurry line separating what is intriguing about the show from what else could I be doing right now besides watching this show? Regardless, we still managed to produce a podcast that is longer than the show itself. David is in Israel. If he listens maybe he’ll do his weekly “In Which” series, but for now I’ll take a stab at the apologies, which he can always add to…

Apologies to Steven King, Bill “Dauber” Fagerbakke, Duckboat and Duckboat employees, Gallagher 1, Gallagher 2, poli-sci majors, makers of Cool World, LA Confidential, and American Beauty, Mena Suvari, Wayne Brady and the still grieving estate of Casey Kasem and real fans of this show.
