Welcome to Crossroads Comedy Theater! Crossroads is a roaming home for comedy shows, classes, and podcasts featuring hilarious performers from the Philly area and beyond. From up and coming performers to seasoned veterans of the Philly comedy world to people you know from tv and movies – Crossroads has it all.
Crossroads has been featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer multiple times, Philadelphia Weekly, Philly Voice, as well as on television with NBC10, 6ABC, and CBS3. We have also been invited to perform for local companies and institutions including yearly at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Our podcasts cover a range of pop culture and comedy topics including Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, and more tv and film franchises.

Crossroads Comedy Theater is returning as a comedy hub for the 2023 Philly Fringe Festival! Dozens of artists and acts will converge on Theatre Exile in South Philly for two full weeks featuring over two dozen performances and educational opportunities! September 11th through September 24th. Our classes are for everyone, not just performers. Our Level 1 classes specifically are designed for those with no experience whatsoever and are inviting to people from all walks of life. This is because a class with Crossroads imparts lessons that go beyond the stage and page and into your daily life and work. If you are looking to gain confidence in front of groups, be a better public speaker, become a better listener, increase your ability to agree and openness to other opinions, explore your creative side, or simply have two hours a week doing something fun – we got your back! IMPROV FOR BUSINESS
Improv is not just for the stage. Organizations of all shapes and sizes partner with Crossroads to instill imperative business skills. Our customized applied improv workshops give you and your coworkers a chance to examine personal and group dynamics, focusing on practical skills like listening, sharing, leadership, being bold, conflict resolution, and working as a team.
After scheduling an improv workshop, our facilitators build a curriculum designed to address the skills that matter most to your team. Then we come to your office (or you come to us!) and teach you using the exercises that train the improvisers on our stage.
