The Gettin’ Close podcast returns! After months of inactivity I was finally able to get this going again and now with a new microphone. So we’re back and slight better than ever! This podcast features long time Philly sketch comedy group, Secret Pants. They’ve been around for a decade so there is a lot to cover and still there was some stuff that just didn’t make it in. For example, I didn’t get to discuss the rumored off-stage romance between two of them. I won’t say who. The podcast is a great insight to the formation of the team, how they’ve stuck together this long and how their work has evolved. It’s a also good for upcoming sketch groups to listen to as each of them has great advice to give. Sound is overall good, but there’s some shaking of the microphone. It’s been a while, but I’m glad to again be able to say… Listen as I get close with Secret Pants.
