It seems like just yesterday we had our first weekend run and here we are six months later announcing our full line-up for December! This is our last run of the the year so it’s a bit bigger than our previous weekend runs and it is full of holiday themed shows and one night only events!

We’re welcoming special appearances by the very fun Two Late With Rob & Joe and the fantastic Wadsworth Constant- both doing their first live shows in Philly in several years! We’re also welcoming a full-cast appearance by a group very near and dear to my heart – The Future! I had the pleasure of directing the future for much of their time as a regular performing team. They’ve been scattered across the country the last few years, but continued to perform in festivals up until covid put the kibosh on that. Now they reunite for their first, live, full-cast show since (we think) early 2018!

If all we had were the above shows it would be an amazing run. Of course that’s not all though. We have Not Yet Rated back doing an improvised holiday horror comedy, Study Hall with special guests, Borrowed Time featuring Keane Cobb, Hoffman, and the first live appearance of Smoke Break, Extree! Extree! with some good news, Thank You Places doing a holiday musical, the free improv jam, and the first annual Crossroads Comedy Theater Holiday Variety Show – Winter Wonderjawn!

Winter Wonderjawn is the successor of the Sideshow Holiday Special, which I  ran a bunch of times over the years. It’s also looking to pay respect to the Secret Pants Holiday shows of yesteryear. There is improv, sketch, stand-up, and more. There will be an announcement very soon featuring the full list of acts and performers. It’s a supersized holiday event not to be missed!

We hope to see you around the theater for the last run of the year. If not, we hope to see you in the new year. Best wishes to you and yours heading into this holiday season.
